RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Plant's interests include Development of fiber Bragg gratings and low-cost fiber sensor systems, Characterization and measurement of optical materials and thin film optical devices, Development of extensive programs in electro-optical characterization of AC thin-film electroluminescent flat-panel display devices, and Optical biotoxin sensor development.
